Join Monica for this 4 week series that progressively builds a solid foundation in the Bowspring Method. This will make it so much more fun to jump into ANY of our regular Bowspring Classes.

Each week we will do a little talking, a little demonstrating and a little practicing to go over the “hows and why’s” of all the particulars. And for all the intrepid movement adventurers that have fallen in love with the method, this is a great chance to focus on the details and hone the basics.

Free for members. Class cards can be used for attendance. Drop In’s accepted.
