Hot Yoga Classes for Brand New Beginners to Life Long Practitioners:
Hot 90
The Hot Yoga class is a 90 minute class consisting of a series of 26-32 postures and two breathing exercises practiced in a heated room; designed to balance every system, gland and organ in the body, it will change your body from the inside out.
You will sweat, stretch, strengthen and smile broadly at what you are capable of! All classes are taught by certified and experienced teachers who know how to guide and support students at any level.
Be warned that this class is addictive and known to change lives!
Simple Yoga
This is a 90 minute class with the heat off, the fans on and the door open. You will start soft and end soft and in between, you’ll do a mixed bag of poses that are sure to leave you stretched and strong.
Jill considers each class a mini workshop and will drive you crazy with details and alignment. Strengthening poses are a must, building inner core stability and testing your patience! You will work together with partners, laugh out loud and maybe even fall down some, and you will always have fun.
Private Classes
Private classes are attention intensive classes that can include up to three people. Privates can simply be a class where you are garaunteed one-on-one attention or it can have a workshop format designed to address specific alignment issues or help you deal with injuries.
If you are interested in finding out more about whether a private is right for you or to schedule one, please email Monica (scroll down to do so).
Rates are on a sliding scale from $40 to $70 per hour.

Hot Yoga Classes for Folks with a Little Experience
Silent Hot Yoga and Silent Flow
The Hot Yoga Silent is the same class as the regular Hot Yoga, only it is done without verbal instructions; the lead teacher practices the class along side everyone in the room. Music is played to help energize and motivate you as you work through the series. Lights are low and large candles are lit around the room. This a great class to end a stressful week or get you prepared for the week ahead.
The Silent Flow is a vinyasa version with some different poses.
We require that all attendees have done at least 10 regular Hot Yoga classes in order to make this a safe, enjoyable experience for all. Please do not expect the teacher to make exceptions about this requirement.
Hot Lunch (60 minutes)
Appropriate for all levels, but please have at least 5 90 minute classes under your belt. There is minimal instruction and the pacing is fast!
Same principles and poses as the regular 90 minute Hot Yoga, with a shorter standing series, some poses held for one set only and/or shorter than the 90 minute class. We will also in-corporate some flow of poses in the warm up and spine strengthening…getting you plenty warm for the big stretches at the end. A great way to fit your yoga in.
We require that you have recently completed a minimum of 5 regular Hot 90 classes before attending this class.
Samana Yoga
Samana = harmony. Samana Yoga will help integrate your practice by strengthening those hard to find abdominal muscles. We will boost the intensity by holding each pose and learning to breath while engaging the core. The entire body will benefit by gaining strength, flexibility, and muscle control. This class will build on itself so regular attendance will benefit the body most. The room will be around 95 degrees.
This class is best for folks who have been doing Hot Yoga for little bit.
Hot Yoga Classes for Hot Yogis who want a Challenge
Hot Yoga Level II
This 90 minute class is designed to provide experienced Hot Yoga students with a little muscle confusion and provide preparation for the 3 hour Advanced class, if that is a desire. Classes begin with a lunge series and sun salutation, based on the original 84 sequence that the Hot 90 originated from. Each week we will focus on different areas…hip or shoulder openers, arm balancing or inversions. Modifications and moving slowly is the name of the game here!
The requirements are that you have healthy knees, shoulders and back. No serious injuries! We also strongly require that you have been practicing Hot Yoga consistently (minimum 3 times per week) for the previous three months.
Advanced Hot Yoga: 3 hours
For experienced students with healthy knees/lower back and adventurous spirit!
A monthly 3 hour intensive: Every 4th Saturday at 1:00 pm, beginning June 26th This not so hot and very fun class will in-corporate the traditional opening sequence from the advanced 84 posture sequencing. Moving quickly through the familiar standing series (one set only) we progress towards the floor series with beginning arm balances and getting folks ready for head stands and inverted arm balances. Not for beginners, but very accessible to folks who feel like their bodies are looking for more in poses. No need to be uber flexible or strong. But, best done injury free, with fairly strong knees and shoulders. If you have questions about whether you are ready for this or not, talk to a teacher who knows your practice and then email Monica.
Bring a hand towel!
The suggested donation for this class is $20.
