Meeting on the 3rd Thursday of each month
7:00 – 8:30 PM
Yoga helps our bodies process toxins, build strength and cope with stress. But what helps your mind and heart process thoughts, emotions, change and ideas? It’s probably yoga too, just experienced without words. Expand your well-being practice by including words, pictures, poetry, music, metaphor and somatic movement. Creative Conversations is an expressive arts-based experience about observing, exploring and processing the world around you through sense and creative perspective. Based on positive psychology, integrative health and behavior sciences of metacognition, decentering, mindful-awareness, each conversation will be unique to who’s in the room and what needs exploring. Join us every 3rd Thursday from 7:00 – 8:30 PM to traverse topics you care about that need a deeper look and a compassionate, creative or playful approach. Think of Creative Conversations as a safe and amazing place to be heard, to learn and to be fully immersed in what’s good.
