Join Tiffany for a New Year’s Day practice focused on being more kind and gentle with yourself.  This class is a mingling of movement from gentle yoga, fascial release work, restorative yoga and mindfulness.  The class will start with a gentle yoga movement practice to mindfully connect you to where your body is today.  This prepares you for some roll around time on balls, bolsters and rollers to nourish your fascial network before we settle down for our restorative practice.  This class is designed to be accessible to all, wherever you are in your body, life or practice.
