You know that yoga is great for flexibility and relaxation, but did you know that yoga can enhance language development, motor coordination and play skills for growing preschoolers?  Yoga is beneficial to children of all ages with learning, social interaction, sleep, focus and self esteem.  For the elementary child yoga helps children create a sense of connection to the world around them as they become more aware of their body and mind and how they fit into the world.  As children move into the teen years yoga can help the young adult learn to better cope with stress, the pressures around them and their ever changing emotions within.

We do not have any kids classes at this time.
