Raleigh Private Yoga Classes at Open Door Yoga. Whether you are new to a yoga/movement practice or not, private one-on-one sessions can be incredibly helpful for getting the most out your efforts towards creating and maintaining ease of movement. Pain and suffering are completely optional when it comes to learning the potential of the body. Monica will bring 15 year plus years of full time teaching, learning and personal practice to your session. She is more than happy to educate you on anatomy and movement mechanics.
When you book a session with studio owner, Monica Shannon, you will be given her full attention towards whatever you are needing help with. She can help you with your asana practice, massage ball work, breathing, somatics and even Kettle Bells. These sessions are ideal for those of you dealing with injuries, chronic pain or need unique modifications for traditional postures.
All regular sessions are 60 minutes. Please book two sessions if you feel the need for more time. Late evening and weekend sessions are available by request. Please email Monica at [email protected] for scheduling.
